Spring Open House Ideas

Spring Open House Ideas

Here are a few ways to begin the Spring season with an all new open house strategy!

  • Marketing Materials Makeover: Spruce up your marketing materials with bright colors and creative spring phrases like "spring into this new home" to get the attention of prospects!
  • Facebook Advertising: Run a Facebook advertising campaign that includes eye-catching images. Tailor your audience to target local prospects to increase the potential foot traffic at your open house.
  • Bring Spring Inside: Add some brilliance of the season to your open house by adding a seasonal floral arrangement to the interior. This will add a pop of color and also make the space smell fresh.
  • Freshen Up the Listing: Before the open house, enhance the home's curb appeal by adding a colorful wreath and spring flowers to the front, either in a potter or a bed. Bring the exterior back to the life with some power washing. Ensure the interior is clutter-free and pull back the curtains to let in as much natural light as possible.
