Summer Curb Appeal Tips!

The end of the school year is here and warmer temperatures and longer days are ahead. Now is the perfect time to finish up exterior projects and spruce things up outside! Here are a few easy DIY projects to boost your curb appeal this Summer.

• Pressure Wash Your Driveway & Walkway. If your driveway and walkway is looking dingy and unattractive, rent or buy a pressure washer to wash them off. You can use water alone or a special cleaning agent designed for concrete.
• Brighten Up With New Lights. New light fixtures will not only light up the outside but offer a more beautiful appearance to the exterior of your home. If you're handy, you can replace the fixtures on your own or use exterior grade spray paint to repaint your existing fixtures.
• Shine The Windows. Clean the inside and exterior surfaces of your windows to add a nice shine to your home.
• Freshen or Replace Shutters. Exterior shutters can fade over time and look dreary. Consider removing them and spray painting them to give them a fresh look and add to the overall appeal of the home
